Nature Trail- Under development.
Creek Willow Lower Park- the Fifth Oldest Oak in Harris County is located at the lot just before you enter Dowdell from Creekwillow. We are required to maintain the tree, so we are creating a park area for residents to use. Path installation is being done. Any resident may use this ammentity.
Tennis Court Completed and ready for use by members in good standing...
Pool Decking replacement/resurface- Pool decking is completed.
New Playground- Planing stage for the new playground. Plans are to place it somewhere more visible then behind the clubhouse. removal has already happened. Planning is currently underway. Projected time to start is Fall 2011.
